Your project information.
A straightforward explanation of the information used by this website.

Project brief form
When online delivery is enabled, submitting the form sends your name, company, contact details and project brief to the SNRG team through Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph. The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. If you choose Prepare email, your own email app opens a draft for you to send. Copy brief copies the entered details to your clipboard.
Email enquiries
Information you send to enquiries@snrgbluehorizon.com is used to review and respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Avoid sending confidential drawings until appropriate confidentiality terms have been agreed.
Hosting and third-party services
Cloudflare hosts the production website and may process technical request data necessary to serve it. When online delivery is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions to reduce automated abuse; the verification service may process network and browser information. Technical logs may be retained by the hosting and delivery providers. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser makes requests to that service. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added to this version.

Website measurement
We count page views, project contact clicks, email clicks and enquiries accepted for email delivery in daily totals. These totals use fixed page, application and traffic-source categories. They do not contain names, email addresses, enquiry text, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. Counts are not unique visitor numbers and may include automated traffic.
Session storage keeps the first page and source category during your browser session so we can understand where enquiries originate. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for browser measurement. Successful email deliveries are counted operationally even when browser measurement is disabled. Cloudflare may process separate technical logs to operate and protect the website.
